After 14 years in the real estate industry, both in China and New Zealand, I can honestly say when I'm helping people buy and sell their homes, I enjoy every single transaction.

I am a Master of Commerce graduate with Honours, from Auckland University. My career began in Auckland and then I returned to China where I worked for a well-known developer who built luxurious apartments in Shanghai. As the leader of the investment team, I became used to dealing with multi-million dollar residential and commercial land property transactions.

Back in New Zealand, living in Millwater and working in Greenhithe, I have established both local and overseas networks and have many friends who are builders and developers on the North Shore. I believe Barfoot & Thompson's innovative marketing approach and their non-franchised structure, contributes greatly to the success of their over 1,500 salespeople across 77 branches.

My lovely family is very special to me. We have twins, a boy and a girl and a naughty border collie called Jay. My hobbies when I'm not working or with the family are reading, playing chess and I've reached the second dan level in taekwondo. It is a martial art that teaches you discipline and keeps you fit.

I love to support charities that help needy children in the world. World Vision is a favourite.
