Tauranga Property Managers is a locally owned, family-run business founded on a simple principle: to provide a more personal and reliable property management experience. At our core, we are a father-and-son team, combining Jeremy’s decades of hands-on industry experience with Cameron’s expertise in property finance, technology, and modern business strategy.

Jeremy has been involved in property management in some form since leaving university in the 1980s. After a successful corporate management career, he returned to his passion, founding and running his own property management companies in Hamilton and later here in his hometown of Tauranga. Since 2018, alongside his wife Maree, Jeremy has built a reputation for providing a hands-on, customer-focused service. Maree remains the backbone of our operations, ensuring our systems and procedures run like clockwork so we can deliver on our promises.

Cameron brings a technical and strategic perspective to the partnership. His expertise is grounded in a deep understanding of the property asset class while also holding a Bachelor’s in Business Studies, majoring in Finance, Property Valuation and Management from Massey University. His early career in banking, specifically in credit risk, provided him with an invaluable understanding of the financial side of property investment.

After his time in banking, Cameron spent eight years at a Silicon Valley tech company, where he managed large-scale software development and strategic finance projects. This experience honed his skills in project management, technology, and understanding how to build efficient, customer-centric systems. Now living in Papamoa with his wife Renee, son George, and dog Honey, Cameron has loved deepening his roots in the local community and helping property investors make the most out of their investment.
