Richard is committed to providing service beyond a sale.  Having grown up in Ohope / Whakatane, and later owning rental investments, the ties to real estate in Whakatane have always been there.  The decision to return to Whakatane with a family now has been an easy one since working overseas on Super Yachts.  Spending 15 years helping manage and run Super Yachts as Deckhand through to Captain have provided a wealth of experience in a multi-million dollar service industry that can now be transferred to helping clients in Real Estate.

Outside of real estate, spending time with my family is a priority.  Living out at Thornton beach on a rural lifestyle block and grazing Scottish Highlands Cattle creates a great mix between the rural and the beach lifestyle for the kids to grow up on.  Teaching them about farming basics, fishing and surfing down at the beach is a great way to spend my time with Finn, Cole and Caz.
