Carol’s professional life has always revolved around relationship building. Prior to the commencement of her Real Estate career she worked for Duncan Cotterill, solicitors, as a loan officer for the Public Service Investment Society (now known as The Co-operative Bank) and as a promotions officer with the Canterbury Promotion Council. Working as a Real Estate professional since 1987, she has developed interpersonal skills and the practical lessons gained over more than two decades, including time spent as a property manager, give her an insight into all areas of the residential property market. Carol is married to Graham who having spent 21 years in the Fire Service now operates his own business, GJ Building Compliance Services. His knowledge and support is invaluable to Carol. They have two adult children and two grandchildren. Melinda has a Phd in Philosophy and is an Art Historian currently working as a Research Librarian at the Alexander Turnbull Library in Wellington. Andrew has a B.A in Political Science and works as a sales manager at Vino Fino. Andrew and Trudi have two beautiful children Emily and Elliot.
