Care, consideration, understanding, enthusiasm and detail - these are the words Alex always has in his mind and in his actions.

Alex came from Seoul, Korea, 24 years ago. After three years in Auckland, he decided that Whangarei was the place to settle down and start his new life. Alex adores his new hometown of 21 years and now proudly claims himself a Whangareian.

Before Real Estate, Alex has mostly been self-employed in his businesses as a Director of an English school, a motelier and a retailer. His most significant position has been as a volunteer helper for Asian immigrants settling down in Whangarei, finding houses, enrolling their kids in schools, opening bank accounts, purchasing home appliances, assisting with immigration visa matters and IRD matters, and anything else required in settling down.

Alex and lovely wife Michelle have two daughters, Christine and Pat. Christine is an international lawyer in Japan and Pat is a freelance author and translator, as well as a shoe designer in Korea. They are all proud Whangareians who are developing their careers successfully overseas.

Once his daughters left New Zealand, Alex thought about his next move and decided that he would devote himself to Real Estate without hesitation. The Real Estate business is one place where Alex could use his personality, skills and experiences the most.
